RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Changed your mind? No problem — we want you to love your Atlantic Beach swimsuit and feel confident about the fit.

30-DAY RETURNS
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original condition.
• For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and one-pieces must have the protective hygiene liner intact. Items tried on without the liner cannot be returned.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at info@atlanticbeachofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return authorization.
3. Ship the item(s) to our US returns address below. Return shipping is at your expense — we recommend using a trackable service.

REFUNDS
• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping (orders over $99), the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

FREE FIRST SIZE EXCHANGE (US ORDERS)
• Wrong size? Your first size exchange ships free: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the new size with a prepaid return label for the original.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout.
• Gift cards.
• Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
• Received the wrong item or something damaged? Email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice.
